MS Dam Maan Sarowar Dam is a irrigation Dam, which is located at a distance of 15 Km from Sawai Madhopur City . The dam is on south western periphery of Ranthambhore Park and forms its boundary too. It is 33 feet in height and remains filled with water throughout the year. Plenty of fishing activities with trekking around will be new programs here. An irrigation rest house at the base of embankment is the only facility here.

ASDargah Shariff of Hazrat Khwaja Muinuddin Chishti is indeed an ornament to the city of Ajmer. One of the Muslim shrines in India, it attracts, millions of pilgrims from across India and the world. The shrine attracts lakhs of pilgrims during the Urs, commencing the death anniversary of the Saint, held from the 1st to the 6th day of the Islamic month of Rajab. A colorful fair which springs up during this time is a major attraction. Outside the Dargah is a crowded bazaar. It is filled with ritual offerings made at the Dargah like shimmering coverlets for the grave, incense, sweetmeats, rose petals and attar-a strong perfume. The dargah (shrine) of Chisti , which is visited by Muslim pilgrims as well as Hindus, Sikhs and ravidassias as a symbol of inter-communal harmony. The Dargah includes many other attractive buildings, tombs, courtyards and Daalaans, some of which are exquisite specimens of the Moghul architecture.

AMuseumThe Government Museum is situated inside the Akbar’s fort in Ajmer, also known as Magazine. The museum primarily consist of Sculptures, inscriptions, pre-historic section, miniature paintings, arms and armor and objects of art and crafts. The museum remains open daily from 10.00 A.M. to 4.30P.M. Museum remain closed on public holidays. Besides, some interesting Jain figures are also displayed in a separate gallery. Sculptures constitute the most interesting section in the museum. Today it houses a rich collection of Mughal and Rajput armoury. Some of the fine and delicate sculptures of the region have been displayed here. The building itself has been constructed of red sandstone, which have been laid down in a square pattern giving it a fabulous look.

PushkarPushkar is a sacred town for the Hindus. Pushkar. It is situated 14 Km from Ajmer and is one of the five sacred dhams (pilgrimage sites for devout Hindus.) It is often called “Tirth Raj” (king of pilgrimage sites) and has in recent years become a popular destination for foreign tourists. Pushkar lies on the shore of Pushkar Lake. It has five principal temples, many smaller temples and 52 ghats where pilgrims descend to the lake to bathe in the sacred waters. Pushkar fair continues for 5 days (October/ November) and these 5 days are a period of relaxation and merry-making for the villagers.

ShedAdhai-Din-Ka-Jhonpra Ajmer is a superb example of Indo-Islamic architecture. It is believed that it was constructed in two and a half days, hence called as Adhai-Din (two and a half days). It is also believed that the name is associated to a 2 and a 1/2 day fair held annually nearby. Enter through the north gateway and see the ruin of a minaret in the right side. A staircase will take you to a tower from where the muezzin called the faithful. Yellow limestone arches mark the front side of façade. The walls of the main hall are chiseled into small screens to allow sunlight to enter. The core of the Jhonpra looks like a Hindu temple than that of a mosque, with a main hall prop up by splendid columns. Three pillars are positioned over in such a way that the shrine looks more elevated than the actual height. With its exquisitely carved ceilings, exceptionally designed columns, this marvelous structure catches the attention of any tourist.

ASLAna Sagar Lake is an artificial lake. It is was built by Anaji Chauhan, the grandfather of Prithvi Raj Chauhan. The lake is spread over 13 Kilometers. There is a Circuit house on a hill near the lake that used to be British Residency. There is an island in the center of the lake which is accessible by boat or water scooter. Boats and water scooters could be hired from the east side of the Dault Bagh. This is one of the beautiful lake in India but it gets dry every summar. This Lake is surrounded by many other attractions like the temple of ‘Khobra Behroon’. The lake is an artificial creation that has been a lifeline for the people of Ajmer in the past. DNPDesert National Park is situated near the town of Jaisalmer. This is one of the largest national parks, covering an area of 3162 km². The Desert National Park is an excellent example of the ecosystem of the Thar Desert. Sand dunes form around 20% of the Park. The major landform consists of craggy rocks and compact salt lake bottoms, intermedial areas and fixed dunes.The region is a haven for migratory and resident birds of the desert. Many eagles, harriers, falcons, buzzards, kestrel and vultures can be seen. Short-toed Eagles, Tawny Eagles, Spotted Eagles, Laggar Falcons and kestrels are the most common among these. Sand grouse are spotted near small ponds or lakes. The endangered Great Indian Bustard is a magnificent bird found in relatively fair numbers. It migrates locally in different seasons.

PKHPatwon-ki- Haveli, the five-storied and the most grandiose, it was the first & the largest haveli erected in Jaisalmer. The whole building is made in yellow sandstone and brown main gateway with good amount of paintings, mirror-works on the wall, exquisitely carved pillars, corridors and chambers; noteworthy that this effort took half a century. The entire haveli is and interesting grid of pillared halls, large corridors, lavishly chiseled ceilings and ostentatiously decorated walls. Haveli has been turned into a museum and a shop that has a vast reserve of antique furniture and decorative goods. The Patwon-ki- Haveli reflects the unique architecture of Jaisalmer of the traditional times in Rajasthan.

JTThe Jaswant Thada is an architectural landmark located in Jodhpur. It is a white marble memorial built by Sardar Singh in 1899 in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh. Jaswant Thada lies to the left of the Mehrangarh fort complex. It is a royal cenotaph made up of white marble. Some rare portraits of the former rulers of Jodhpur are also displayed here.
